Earthquake Retrofit Job Scope:
5/8" anchor bolts around the permiter at 48" on center.
3/4" anchor bolts at the light well, 16" on center.
Patch new slab on grade as required.
Shore, remove existing brick foundation wall and 4' of slab in 6'
sections.
Replace with rebar reinforced concrete foundation and L footing as
per plan.
Rebuild the cripple walls.
Shear panel storage rooms 2 & 3.
Install steel support beam, rear garage area.
Do garage floor extension.
Parg rear wall intead of replacing, as called for on plans, where
unnecessary to replace.
